Arrow Out Puzzle Support

Arrow Out Puzzle is a logic game where you tap individual arrows to clear them off the grid. Each arrow moves strictly in the direction it points:

• Clear Path Rule: An arrow will only exit if its forward path to the edge of the board is completely free of other blocking arrows.
• Collisions: If you tap an arrow whose forward trajectory hits another arrow, it will bump and vibrate, remaining in place without penalty.
• Sequence & Order: Solving complex boards requires finding the "keystone" arrow—the outermost arrow whose departure unblocks the next layer.
• No Timers: You have unlimited time to evaluate the board. Take your time to plan moves strategically.

Your level milestones are saved locally on your device immediately after you clear a puzzle board. The game is fully playable offline, making it ideal for flights, commutes, or areas without network connectivity.

Preserving Your Saved Levels: Do not use "Clear Storage" or "Clear Data" in your device's Android settings for Arrow Out Puzzle unless you want to reset your puzzle progression back to Level 1. Updating the app through the Galaxy Store retains your level progress automatically.

App crashes or freezes on launch:

• Ensure your device has at least 100 MB of available storage space.
• Go to Settings > Apps > Arrow Out Puzzle > Storage and tap Clear Cache (do not tap Clear Data).
• Reboot your mobile device to clear operating system cache.

Audio or sound effects not playing:

• Verify that your phone's media volume is turned up and that your device is not set to silent/vibrate mode.
• Check the in-game settings toggle (gear icon on the main menu) to confirm audio effects are toggled ON.

Arrow Out Puzzle does not request invasive device permissions. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, or microphone. Standard non-personal diagnostic metrics (such as crash stack traces) may be processed anonymously to rectify stability bugs in line with our Privacy Policy.
